Well Hamels went out to warm up, so I assume they got word that the game is going to start roughly on time. Otherwise he's wasting his time and his arm by getting ready.

This game is not looking good. I have a bad feeling. Pettite clearly does not have his stuff tonight.

This game is boring, and to make it even worse, the Yankees are losing.

The hour long wait kind of ruined some excitment. And since starting, the game has just seemed to be dragging along. Pettitte kept throwing to 1st and stepping off the mound in the 1st inning. The Phillies keep calling time outs while batting, whether to get back at Pettitte or just coincidentally. And then when the Yankees bat they swing at everything, and end up making 3 outs in 5 minutes. Overall a pretty boring game to watch.

Pettitte has pretty bad control tonight, but at least the game is going on. If the game got pushed back until tomorrow, it'd be more trouble for the Yankees since it'd mean Lee could've started Game 4, ruining the advantage the Yankees currently have, matching up CC with Blanton.

Don't worry about it. That was a ball. The ump is a little tighter than the one calling Lee's game the other night, but that doesn't mean it was a strike.
