Actually, as much as I hate pulling pitchers early the Rangers need to think about pulling Harrison. He's all over the place. Just cannot find the strike zone. Bad sign.

Did they really just call Michael Young one of the best players in franchise history? He 's averaged 14 HR and 76 RBI's per year with a career .241 playoffs avg. He's good but not one of the best Rangers ever.... Just because a guy plays on the same team for a long time doesn't make him better.

Actually, I will have to agree with Joe Buck on this one, definitely one of the best Rangers to ever wear the uniform. For the numbers he has put up over his career, I think he easily belongs with Pudge, Ryan, Palmeiro, Gonzales as one of the best Rangers

I agree 100%. He's a good consistent player, but all year long I had to hear about how he should be an MVP candidate.

I just didn't see the MVP calibre from him.

Even though his numbers are barely half of what those guys put up? It's not those guys fault the Rangers pitched sucked ass when they played. Unless you are heavily factoring in steroids and Michael Young was the only guy in the Texas locker room not using.

yep, never has had the power numbers those guys had, but he is over 2,000 hits for his career and a career .300 hitter....for the numbers he has consistently put up over his career, he is easily a top 5 Ranger

He's second in hits to Ichiro in the past decade. I'd say he deserves some recognition. Top 5? No but top 10 easily.
