I don't like him getting off with a technicality, but I can live with that.

What I can't live with is Braun's people going all Lance Armstrong on the guy, throwing out stories about how he's a terrible human being who had the resources to screw with Braun just because he could.

I actually hope the tester sues Braun for defamation (or whatever the proper terminology is).

It would be hard to prove defamation since Braun only said the process wasn't followed and that it would be easy to tamper with samples. He never accused the guy of tampering with them or said that he was to blame.

Mike and Mike were reading quote's from Braun's people which said exactly what I mentioned above. That the guy had access to the materials and the equipment to purposely tamper with Braun's sample, and that that is what he was doing.

That's Braun's people. Braun himself only made one statement that even referenced the guy.
