This led to repeated arguments with umpires on the field.

One umpire finally confronted Williams after the former MLB pitcher shouted something to a parent in the stands about getting that umpire fired. The confrontation sparked a face-to-face argument one parent told us was "just like the major leagues." Two different observers told us Williams had to be physically separated from the umpire by other coaches. Williams then refused to leave the field, causing a ten-minute delay in play; his antics led to him being banned from the tournament.

Complete BS. There was no replay that showed him being tagged until he was half-standing on the bag.

And then some serious luck on the botched double play ball leads to 2 runs.

What replay were you watching, he was clearly tagged on the back foot before he touched the bag

Except the glove never touched his back foot. He made a swipe at him and went right between the legs. The glove didn't react at all, like it would if it hit a foot coming by.

We'll just have to agree to disagree. But MLB's "clear and convincing" proof on replay has been a bunch of crap thus far. It'd also be nice if TV could show the exact views that the booth was watching. Giants broadcast showed the one view. Braves showed 3, two of which showed him clearly missing any tag, and the third which might show him being tagged, but the glove never reacted at all to his foot if he did.

Agreed, the whole system is a mess, it should show which replay decided the call at least... From my angle he looked out....
