On Monday the Cubs scored 17 runs. In Jeff Samardzija's 8 starts the Cubs have scored a total of 17 runs, which is a big reason Samardzija is 0-3 despite an ERA of 1.45, the 2nd best in MLB. With only 1 exception every other player in the top 40 of ERA has at least 2 wins.

Now I just need to know the 2016 and 2017 schedules so I can plan my trips for the last regular season at Turner Field (I was also at the first regular season) and first for the new stadium.

they are pulling that right from the Boston entertainment district well done Atlanta finally a city that may get what makes a stadium successful unlike Detroit.

Yeah. Their problem right now is that the stadium is literally in the middle of nowhere. There's nothing even remotely close to it.

Very nice, but why does that last picture looks like something from The Wizard of Oz? You have the colorful stadium area suyrrounded by dark and gloomy netherlands beyond and connected by what looks like a yellow brick road to a huge city off in the distance.

What the heck happened to the Cleveland Indians fan base? I was looking at the attendance numbers for 2014 and Cleveland is drawing just 13,548 a game. That's about 4,500 less than any other team in MLB. It's the lowest yearly attendance for any MLB franchise since the Montreal Expos in 2004. Back in the late 90's-early 00's they were drawing around 40k and selling out the stadium almost every game. I know the city has undergone hard times, but so has Detroit and other cities, and those places still have very good attendance.

I absolutely hate going to the stadium. The fans there are always terribly sloppy and vulgar. I can't count how many times I've had beer spilt on me there. It has a reputation in my area for being the worst stadium to visit out of Cleveland/Cincinatti/Pittsburgh.

I have to say I am severely disappointed in this design! It is so generic looking! I was hoping the new stadium would be built more "old school" like Camden Yards or Fenway. This to me looks so damn cookie cutter! Absolutely nothing about it stands out. "Sigh" oh well, at least it will be in a much much better location.

Braves aren't interested in "old school". They want interesting and entertaining to the masses. Now it's not just a trip to The Ted; it's an afternoon shopping at the mall across the road, followed by the boutique stores along the street leading up to the stadium and dinner at a nice restaurant or sports bar before the game.
