Jays have now lost 11 of their last 15. Minus that 14-run anomaly on Friday night, they are averaging 2.29 runs/game in the other 14 games (their opponents are averaging 4.93 runs/game against them in that 15 game stretch).

The bats went cold. The pitching has been garbage. This team is being exposed for what it is. Plus Bautista and Lawrie both were injured today and now we get the Yankees again. First place was fun while it lasted.

Now that the Washington Redskins have lost their trademark on their name (they're appealing the decision) on the basis that is is a "racial slur," a group is going after the Cleveland Indians name and mascot:

Because he's been terrible for 2 plus years. Dallas Braden threw a perfect game like 3 years ago as a rookie, and he's on Baseball Tonight. Throwing a no hitter is impressive, but it says way more about your day than your season or career.
