Careful how you talk about the Beasts of the East . Easy the Giants rotation has been abysmal this year, and the Red Sox aren't as good as what their record says. Can you believe we are dominating with what we have on offense? Words can't express how awesome this year has been thus far. If we win the division, Girardi should be COTY.

You have a below average staff and lineup, but that's why the games are played. The way things look on paper are irrelevent. Two forner Jays (Wells & Lyle OV) have gotten timely hits for you guys thus far.

Let's see where we're both at by the all-star break. I still believe we can win this division.

The blu-jays are just inferior to the Yankees. The Yankees are one of the best teams in baseball right now. They're offense is great. I don't want A-Rod and Teixera to come back.

Really amazing the fall he's taken. Most guys at his age that were anywhere near as great as he was for those 3-4 years have an injury, but Lincecum has just lost it all.

How can you say we have a below average staff? CC, Kuroda, Andy, Phelps, and Hughes are not below average. We have one of the lowest team RA in the league. Plus let's not forget that we have the GOAT in Mariano and an excellent set up man in Robertson. Pitching is the strength, but our offense wow our offense. It's been amazing.

The only guy on that starting staff who can overpower hitters is CC. The others top out at 88-91 mph and once the league realizes this, they'll adapt to the off-speed pitches and breaking balls. They have batting practice fastballs. It's just a matter of time before they get lit up......like our staff.

Lmao. Just because they can't blow a fastball passed someone doesn't mean that they are bad pitchers. The AL has been trying to figure Andy out for 20 years, and Kuroda has been excellent for the past year, so good luck in trying to "figure them out."

Tom Glavine had a Hall of Fame career on 88 MPH fastballs. And Greg Maddux was one of the most dominant pitchers in any 4 year period ever, with a 88-90 MPH fastball.
