I dropped 45 lbs in the last 14 months by simply cutting out all junk food between meals. I eat 3 times a day and that is it. No snacking & no pop and stuck to it. I was 255 lbs and lethargic. It took a while to shed the lbs but it was worth it.

You can do it as well if you put your mind to it. Think of it as something nobody thinks you can accomplish and GO AFTER IT.

Reigning NL Cy Young award winner. I still like Dickey. The guy has overcome a lot of crap in his life and if he continues to get lit up, I'll still be in his corner.

The AL is a whole different animal than the NL. He's not the same pitcher he was last year.

Agreed MF, I just find it difficult to get REALLY angry at someone who's overcome a lot of crap (outside of baseball) and succeeded in life (but he has stunk it up). In general, he and the entire starting rotation has been HORRIBLE. The O's scored all of today's runs with 2 out and we lost again...6-5.

So weird watching the Braves game right now. Tonight's game is on Fox, and tomorrow is ESPN, so the Braves TV announcers are already in Toronto. But the Braves have to finish last night's game first, so the announce crew for both the Braves and Mets broadcast features 2 Mets announcers and 1 Braves announcer.

That was on the road. Check out his home vs road splits. He's been superb at home, but today he didn't bring it. At least he didn't take the loss.

Oh and filmnut Rodney just blew the save. Let's see if we can finish the comeback.

Well my parents are both from New York so I guess I just bleed blue. I root for both teams and the Pirates because I'm pretty close to Pittsburgh too.
