The team really should fine for that. He nearly hit Pedroia with his bat not to mention all the phone shrapnel flying everywhere. Good thing they had a big lead and didn't need to make any critical calls to the bullpen thanks to mlb's insistence on using stone age tech.

This of course is followed up with a Soriano homer!! With the Captain back and Granderson due back soon, I can see us going on a run for a playoff spot.

Looks like the bans are coming this week. A-Rod is reportedly going to be suspended for the rest of this year and all of next year. This might end A-Rod's career.

I just don't see it. Where is it written in mlb's ped rules that they can invoke tailor made suspensions of that length? Not to mention how much money A-Rod has available to burn through to fight this.

I know you could say the same thing about Braun but Braun did the only logical thing. Sit out now while his team sucks, he's hurt and have the comfort of knowing mlb won't invoke new suspensions based on future evidence coming out of usage from 2013 and older.

His violation of the Basic Agreement when lying and trying to conceal his wrongdoing is probably the foundation of MLB's argument.

ARod called attorneys for witnesses to try and offer them cash settlements for silence. He tried to pay Bosch directly for all documents to keep everything quiet. ARod also recruited other players to the clinic. ARod is going down for a lot more than just using.

The Yankees would still owe him like $60 mill after 2014. I'm sure the Yankees would push for a buyout on the remainder of the deal if A-Rod's appeals fail.

Karma? You just listed three other PED users.

It always bothers me why Texas fans hated him so much. Yes he used like tons of other players and was overpaid, but he did everything that was asked of him. In three years, he missed one game, won an mvp, three silver sluggers and three gold gloves. What more could he do?
