You can't say he cost the NL home field. The NL tied it up after he was done throwing. You can say he help cost the NL home field. Either way I doubt he tossed him a fat pitch to hit on purpose.

He said what's next? I also served up a 2-run bomb to Miggs on purpose as well.

Probably, St Louis just wanted to screw over the NL seeing both their pitchers gave up 5 runs combined

He'd be full of it as Miggy had yet to hit a Home Run in any AS game he had been in. Either way honestly have to say one of the better AS game I have seen in recent years aside from all the Jeter brown nosing.
