That loss to the Braves really hurt, as i feared a 4 or 5 game losing streak with Pitts. coming to town. Hopefully the Giants can pull it out today. They really overachieved in May and spoiled us.

Tanaka pitched well today. Seattle isn't the best offensive team out there, but he mowed em down.

Lady got hit in the head with a broken bat at Fenway and it's life-threatening. She was there with her husband and son.

There was a pitcher for Montreal back in the '90s who did this. Can't remember if it was on the Felipe Alou teams before the strike season of '94, or after when the team was dismantled.
