Cubs got another big break last night with the Dodgers winning. Now Grienke or deGrom will not be able to start until game 3 rather than game 1.

I was listening to MLB Radio on XM and they were asking when was the last time a team lost a clinching game in the way the Astros lost on Monday and came back to win the next game on the road.

2005 Astros lost to the Cardinals on an Albert Pujols homerun off of our closer Brad Lidge. 10 years later, the Astros get the chance to accomplish that feat again.

I really don't know. The Cubs were 7-0 against the Mets but that was before the Mets made their trade deadline acquisitions. I'd probably rather face the Mets than the Dodgers just because the Mets pitchers are younger and don't have the experience the Dodgers have, but I'm not going to be actively rooting for either team tomorrow.

So far this game feels just like the first two. Rangers up early and look a lot more relaxed. Not feeling good about this.

Oh no doubt, I'd be pissed too, but there's never an excuse to throw stuff on the field.

First time in a while I have been sad to not have cable, can't watch the game to see what happened just get to listen to it on the radio.

I'd hate it if the Rangers end up winning on a BS call. If they do end up winning I don't think the Jays will get anywhere with the protest due to the umpires calling NY for help.
