Mets pretty much looked like a minor league team all series.

Congrats to the Royals for dominating all season. Maybe Zobrist will consider signing in KC.

As a White Sox fan I was not rooting for KC, but good for them. They've been terrible for so long, glad to see them succeed.

As a Yankees fan, this KC team reminded me so much of the late 90's Yanks who had a "grind it out" kind of lineup who was able to defeat some of the best pitching in baseball. That's what the Mets starters are. I think they pitched extremely well in the world series but the Mets lost because of their defense, bullpen and lack of hitting. I expect KC to be a force to be reckoned with again next year and I think with the right moves in the offseason, the Mets could be right back here again.

Lol, that about sums it up. I thought it was just one guy on the street, but then I stepped outside and noticed it was coming from every direction. It was crazy.

I live 1.6 miles from Citifield. People here were trying to stay upbeat after getting down in the series. Congrats Royals I guess.

I think that's a good thing for the Mets. They should use it as a motivator to get back to the world series.
