Indians have been cursed as well. Sure, they made the World Series a couple times in the 90s, but they haven't won a World Series since 1948.

I'm hoping that the cubs are feeling so good about making the World Series that they forget to win it lol. Kind of like the Indians of 95. I still feel really good about the Indians and just think they have that championship magic that can't be stopped. Cubs better score early and often if they are going to have a chance.

History is being made either way in this World Series.

Cubs win their first championship in 108 years.

Cleveland goes from having a championship drought for decades.......to having TWO Championship teams in the same year, within the span of 4 months.

If they're up 3-1 I can't even imagine how expensive tickets will be for game 5 (or game 4 if they're up 3-0). The cheapest tickets on StubHub for game 3 are over $2,600 (and that's for standing room, not actual seats), and they would greatly eclipse that for a potential World Series clinching game.

Frankly, I know a few people with season tickets and they are going to the games, no matter how much I have begged. I am amazed at how scalpers get some of the seats they are selling online. They are clearly in season ticket seats and this is probably the ultimate bucket list for any baseball fan. Goes to show the clowns that own these seats. They would sell them off to make money, which I have no problem with, than rather be at a once in a lifetime experience for many people. It's not like they are selling off their Blackhawks seats to a Stanley Cup Final, as they already have 3 Cups. This is the Cubs in the World Series... Words that have not been in the same sentence for over 70 years!!!!

BTW, Cubs in 6. You can't beat those 3 starters no matter how you analyze it. Would be 5, but it's just for MLB conspiracy TV purposes..
