Same if it had been any other team I'd probably be rooting for them. But I'll be happy for Jeter, CC, Tex, and MR.

Yep. For me it's that my fiance is from Brooklyn and a Yankees fan, which pretty much makes me a Yankees fan. But it's also that I can't stand Philadelphia and the Phillies more than I can't stand the Yankees too.

I hear ya. I'm actually really happy that Girardi will win his first one at such a young age. Managers at his age do not win World Series' usually. Plus he can rub it in for Jeff Loria (Marlins owner) for firing him two years ago. Although, in hindsight that's probably the best thing that could have happened to him.
