Brutal loss. Knew the Yanks were losing this series after the way they played in the Bronx. Just wish it ended in the 9th and DJ didn't hit the home run.

Congrats to Astros, and their fans. Was a pretty good series overall. Definitely some things the Yanks could have done better, and Boone will hopefully learn from those mistakes. Next year's Yanks will hopefully look even better than this year, with a healthy Stanton, and presumably some new starting pitcher acquisitions.

For the record, I was rooting for the Astros only in the ALCS (damn yanks). I am currently rooting for the Nats because they've never won.

Nats are probably the closest thing to my fav team from the NL, and I've been to several of their games when I'm in DC over the years, so I'll be rooting for them.

I hate the Astros with a burning passion. Verlander is a pompous jerk. Bregman is insufferable. Cole is a turd.

Definitely cheering for the Nats/Expos.
