Well that was a terrible game as an Astros fan. It was a great series though. Neither team could win at home. I'll root for the Rangers in the World Series as a Texan, but I won't shed any tears if they lose.

That was a brutal game for Houston. Do you think Dusty will hang it up now? I cannot get over how many postseason home runs Altuve has now-27. He could pass Manny Ramirez.

I look forward to watching the game this evening on TBS. Pretty exciting to have both Championship Series go seven games.

Really interested to see how Max Scherzer performs in his next start. You’ve also got inconsistent Chapman in the bullpen.

Texas Rangers vs Arizona Diamondbacks in the World Series.

What a bizarre playoffs. Three teams entered the postseason with outstanding 100 win seasons. None of them made it to the LCS, and the World Series is an 84 win Arizona team vs. a 90 win Texas team.

The Braves won the series a few years ago, with just 88 wins and won the World Series. The last two years they've won 101 and 104 games, but lost the LDS both seasons. That's MLB for ya.

My original WS prediction when the playoffs started was Baltimore vs Atlanta.

Honestly wouldn't mind Arizona winning it all now that they're not playing my Yankees this time.

I'm not sure if Dusty even knows yet. There's a lot of speculation. I hope he stays on. It's not like the Astros will be rebuilding. Pretty much everyone is coming back.

This is not what MLB wanted that's for sure, no offense to the teams that made it but yeah, outside of those specific two smaller markets, this series won't get much attention.

Agreed. It is quite remarkable to see these two teams face off considering how poorly they played during the season.

I’m not really rooting for either team..just here for good baseball. I hope it’s a good series. I should probably pick one soon though as a few people mentioned placing some bets.

Probably going with the Dbacks as it will be quite the story considering they only had 84 wins.

I don't care how good Snell's analytics numbers are, 2 CY Youngs pitching only 180 innings in each of them is freaking embarrassing. Of course your numbers will look better when you hardly ever face the lineup three times.

They didn't really give up all that much for Verdugo and Soto, too.
