Betts is easily the more dangerous of the two. He went 9 for 22 in the NLCS with 2 HR's and 9 RBI's. Freeman went 3 for 13 with no HR's, and no RBI's. Walking Betts to face Freeman was statistically the right call, even if it didn't pan out that way.

Frustrating hitting performances from New York tonight. They’ve gotten plenty of good pitches too but wasted them.

Without the early collapse by Rodon, we could’ve had a tie game still, at least.

Hopefully he plays on Monday, but if not I still like our chances the way other players have been hitting. I know Judge is going to emerge from his coma sooner or later, right?

Honestly, if they can't win a game with at home with the Dodgers starting Buehler, it probably isn't meant to be. Still time to turn out a win in this game though.
