I won't completely Blame Manfred for this as it clearly was a leftover issue from Selig who had it out for Rose. He should of been allowed back in after he admitted his guilt and came clean, this is too little too late imo.

I would have agreed with this statement until it came out he bet on his own team in games he played and managed in. Once you do that you destroy the integrity of the game. Granted yes I know Baseball, Steroids, etc.
