Verlander finally gets a win today. I thought he was a lock for 275 wins before this season but now he may not even crack 270 if no one picks him up next season.

It’s on my bucket list. I live on the other side of the Pacific (Brisbane, Australia), so it’s a little hard to get out to Chavez Ravine. However, I have been a Dodgers fan ever since I’ve been into MLB (late ‘90s).

Played a bit of softball in high school, but mainly played basketball competitively. Been a Lakers fan since I was a kid, so naturally, I gravitated towards the Dodgers and chose to root for them.

Nice to see their hustle today against the Twins. Betts ran so hard to get a hit, 2 outs, bottom of the 9th. And then for Ruiz to work a walk and put the bat in Freddie’s hand was good to see. Let’s hope they are starting to recapture that Dodger Blue magic, as they build back their confidence to hopefully peak in October.

I missed most of the game today, but caught the last inning. Happy for the win, and still 4.5 games ahead in the division at least despite the recent string of losses.

Holy shit, not just 4 HR's but a single and double too, and the double would have been a HR in 6 parks. That has to be up there as one of the greatest offensive games for any single player ever.
