Wang is still lingering in free agency.

I don't think the Yankees need Damon, and they could spend the money on something else (though getting rid of Cabrera seems to clear up a spot in the outfield rotation).

Well at the moment, it looks like either Gardner or Granderson would be pushed over to LF. Not sure what makes the most sense, because Gardner is definitely the faster of the two, and could cover center better, but Granderson is a well-established CF who has only played a minimal amount of LF.

Frankly as of now I'm unsure about the Yankee's moves.

Vazquez has a chance to be a MAJOR steal, but I'd worry about him reverting back to his old ways.

Other then Nick Johnson (and even that I don't know about since he dominated the NL) I'm just real unsure about the moves, and see them as being a big risk that can either pan out great or be like the Smoltz move the Sox did.

If I were you Yankee's fan's I'd be in limbo

I am in limbo lol. Melky is gone...Cano is going to be pissed. I think they live together. Not that there's anything wrong with that..

Yeah, the first thing I thought of when they got rid of Cabrera was how it'd affect Cano.

I'm fine with all the off-season moves except for that one. Vasquez better make up for the loss.

I think the chances of Damon coming back are between 0-1%. At this point I think they're done with looking for pitchers. The only thing they seem to be going after is a platoon outfielder.

Bay's still out their even though I read they won't sign anymore big names.

We'll see...I can't believe how close spring training is. Another few months and they'll be down in Tampa.

I made the trek last spring but I'm not sure If I'll make it "technically" next year.

Kinda funny how a guy who missed all but 7 games last year has salary demands that even the Yankees won't meet (Nady).

I'm not sure what he was asking for or what the Yankees were willing to pay for his services, but the guy really needs to get through a season unhurt if he wants any salary negotiation leverage.
