Finally the Dodger game ends in the bottom of 14th

It was hard game to watch the first 6 innings, but loved the 7th and 9th! There were more ejectings (2) then hits (1) in the top of the 9th! 4 runs on 1 hit, 5 BB! It was nice to see my Rays have some plate discipline in the 9th! Hope to take the series, but my Rays are down 2-0 going to the top of inning #3!

Edwin Jackson had a very good outing, though! Sucks he didn't get any run support! I wish he could have been this when he was a Ray a couple of years ago before getting traded to Detroit for Matt Joyce!

Normally I'd say this is a must win game for the Flyers since being down 3-0 is hard to come back from. But the Flyers actually did come back from being down 3-0 against Boston so you can never count them out.

OH wow didn't realize he was retiring. Can't say I blame him. It was sad seeing how aweful he'd become batting just .184 this year. Best clean player of his era.

well you can't get into a groove when you're playing 1 out of every 3,4 or 5 games

Oh come on now. It's not lack of playing time that was hurting Griffey. It's that he's washed up and sucks. If Griffey seriously thought he could still play he'd ask for a trade or to be cut so he could play for another team. He knows he's done and did the right thing.

Thats why I got MLB.TV the second I was able to stream it via the PS3.

Bah... it's Armando Galarraga not Andres. That's why I couldn't find his stats.

Wow this guy hasn't even been a very good pitcher thus far in his career. He was 6-10 with a 5.64 ERA in 2009.

He's only thrown 75 total pitched in these 8 innings. Amazing.

There isn't. I believe the broadcast I was watching screwed up, thats what they said so I took it lmao. It's actually Armando Galarraga, debuted for the Tigers in '07. My apologies, perfect games get me so excited I didn't double check my information!!!

yes if you are taken out of games you mentally lose focus and can't get into a groove compared to if you were playing every game...
plus that whole team had crappy batting averages....so i guess they should've all retired
