Red Sox won game 1 6-4 last night didn't they? Doubt they'll be scoring 6 runs on Sabathia though.

Yankees scored 2 to match though, looks like another typical Boston-NY game. Boston is playing for their post-season lives though, they probably have to at least break even to stay in the race.

I still don't know how the Twins score so many runs without using the long ball but I prefer it this way. Relying on the long ball too much in baseball is like relying on 3 points in basketball, sure it looks nice and it works a lot of the time but it can also screw you over.

We had quite a pitchers duel last night, Phils squandered a few chances to win that game ,2 back again, a must win today , with the Dodgies coming to town we need to get it together 1:35 pm is the best time to start .

I think its more so to do with them struggling in Atlanta... their not use to the heat and humidity

Wow... yesterday the Jays beat the Rays 17-11 and today it's a 1-0 game in the 9th. Brandon Morrow has a no-hitter for Toronto going into the 9th. What is it with Tampa getting no-hit so often the past two years?

No-hitter over. Morrow gave up a hit to Longoria with 2 outs in the 9th. He barely escaped the 9th with a win. Rays had a runner on third before the final out.
