Minnesota's Target Field currently has the 4th lowest number of home runs hit there of any MLB ballpark this year. Only the Mets, Mariners and Athletics ballparks have less. And oddly enough the ballpark has the 4th highest batting avg of any ballpark. Guess it's a hitters park but not a power hitters park.

Yup it's a really deep/long wall, which leads to a lot of doubles and triples but also leads to a lot of pop outs at the wall. Won 12-4 today, not expecting to win tomorrow, one of our worst pitchers is going up against a 12-4 starter.

I didn't realize it was 480 feet, at that distance I'd be surprised if it didn't hit the upper deck. Kubel's been good at the long ball too, Thome has 21 and Kubel has 19. Just find us one more consistent HR hitter and we should be good to go on run support for the post-season.

Joe Mauer looks like a rake, I think he'd be a bit more bulked up if he were using steroids.

As to what happened to his power? Home runs are not common at Target field due to its design, not to mention he's been injured this year. Hopefully he'll get 20+ in 2011.

Trust me I know the Dodgers stink. But where did I make fun of the Twins? I think I complimented Thome in fact. I'd rather see the Twins win the division now than the Sox. Man you're real sensative about Joe Mauer huh? Sorry I'll go along with the masses and say he is one of the top 2 players in MLB.
