Guess we get the same Sanchez from the phils series

This is the kind of game I think everybody was expecting when looking at these two teams. Not necessarily the outcome, but the limited scoring. Glad we came out on top tonight. Tommy Hunter needs to bring his stuff tomorrow.

The Giants are still in good shape. Texas really needs to win all three games at home to have a real shot at winning the series. They can't expect to go back to San Fran down 3-2 and beat Cain.

I agree, he will be benched today. Last two games 8 out of 9 at bats have been strike outs. Bochy acknowledged that his timing is off. I bet he is not taking any chances with him today since he doesn't want the series tied with Cliff Lee wanting to redeem himself tomorrow. This series is definitely getting very interesting, but I do like the chances of the Giants against the Rangers starting pitcher. This guy has an ERA of over 6!

I think it will be a close game tonight with the Giants squeezing out a win tonight

Bumgarner is a beast and isn't fazed by anything, can't wait til tonight's game!

Well, I guess it's a good thing that the Yankees didn't make it to the World Series, because if they did I would've had to see this guy wearing either a Yankee hat or jacket, while singing this masterpiece of a song:

To help offset potential revenue losses from the earlier Game 3 start, sponsor Chevrolet committed to increased advertising.

Baseball commissioner Bud Selig wouldn't assess the ratings.

"Let me study things," he said before Game 4.

For the first time during this World Series, Cablevision's more than 3 million New York-area subscribers were able to watch the game after the company settled its dispute with Fox.

The rating is the percentage watching a program among homes with TVs. The share is the percentage tuned into the broadcast among those households with TVs on at the time.
