Saw a great game last night, right off the bat we got to see Ellsbury set Sox record for stolen bases in a single season.

My wife is obsessed with that guy haha... she even wanted to call our baby Jacolby if it was a boy... it wasn't going to happen! lol I was pushing for Cito haha! Ended up being a girl anyway

The Jays are literally not watchable right now. It's a shame they got our hopes up so much but weren't we warned early that this would be one of those trainwreck seasons?

Manny just has not looked the same at the plate since his return from the suspension. He carried the team down the stretch last year, but he is looking very ordinary right now.

Yeah hc, Danny does look like trouble for us.

Ortiz got a walk-off homer last night, his first since 2007! Wakefield made his return last night and pitched one hell of a knuckleball. Penny was ready to back him up if needed, but Wake had it under control. And so....

HAHA... hmmm how to improve the 2010 Jays... get rid of Wells... trade Halladay...

then with only about 40 million accounted for... go out and spend the other 80 million(apparently the Jays have 120 million for next season) on what you really need and stop stock piling positions we already have! Get a real 3B, SS, a real power hitting 1B and a DH who is scary(maybe Randy Ruiz can fill this void)... and a couple more experienced starters and of course a new CF.

I really like the dumping of Rolen, Rios and hopefully a couple more before next year. It's time to start fresh with Paul Beston as Prez and get contracts that make sense.

Build around Hill, Lind, Synder, hopefully Ruiz and then the young guns like Cecil, Romero, Zephshinzki, Richmond... we have a good enough young core not to be horrible next season with a few smart FA signings.

How do you get rid of Wells? He might have the worst contract in all of sports. They could try and package him and Halladay but there might not be any teams that would take both unless Toronto was willing to pay a large portion of his salary.

It's a dream he easily has the worst contract in sports...

there should be escape clauses on performance but i think i guess no one would ever sign them lol
