what an ending to the Giants game... Bottom of ninth giants down 2-1, 2 outs runners on first and second... tejada hits its deep with runners on first and second, and the center fielder drops the ball trying to make a running catch, Giants score 2 runs in the bottom of the ninth to win the game...

Wonder if the contract dispute actually is hurting Pujols. He's been terrible this season, hitting just .167.

The Texas Rangers are going to put up a scary amount of runs if the entire lineup stays healthy. No sure thing with players like Cruz and Kinsler, but 1000 runs is possible.

I'm pretty confident that arguably the greatest hitter of our generation will figure it out pretty soon.

Plus that whole team is just a mess right now.

We're so far more efficient in running in base runners today. 1 R on 2 hits. The O's have 3 hits no runs right now. Holland has surprised me this year. I'd like to see him keep this up.

The Rays look awful so far, the offense is particularly anemic with Longoria out and Manny off in retirement. It may be tough for them to break 80 wins if the rest of the division plays great.
