Hahahaha, thanks. Remember how cold and windy it was down there for night games. Being on Lake Ontario made for some wild weather games.

I remember Chevrier and Olver well. Fergie was always so positive back in the early years. We'd be 20 games out by the All-Star break and he'd find some good in all of those losses.

Dice-K threw 89 pitches in seven shutout innings, normally 89 pitches doesn't get him through four innings.

Jed Lowrie was 4-5 with a home run and 4 rbi. He batted .600 for the series.

About time Dice-K pitched a good game. He hasn't been very good since 2008. Seems like all those pitches over the years are catching up with him. It's no secret that Dice-K threw as manay as 220 pitches in a game even back in High School. They aren't as strict on pitch counts in Japan as they are here.

Dice-K is an overrated stiff who ran into a ballclub today that doesn't give a rat's ass how they do.

Are they still making a big deal about that non-written rule that says you have to stop stealing bases and stop playing aggressively when you are leading by 7 or more? If so, where were they when Seattle won 15-14 after having trailed 14-1 a few years ago?
