One of the big stories this season has to be the competitive AL East to this point. The young Jays and Orioles aren't going to win it this year, but they are building some very impressive ball clubs the right way. Draft well and groom that talent. I might be slightly biased, but I think Drabek is going to be an ace and a half in a few years for Toronto. It looks like that Halladay trade was very smart for us.

Tonight's the big game!!! Colby vs. Lee. We're going to tear him a new one. We almost pulled one out yesterday. Halladay was just too damn good. Just when you think you're about to cash in on a runner on first, you hit into a double play. The only solace I can find is that he didn't throw a CG.

What're you gonna do?

I just got to watch an interview with him and honestly he doesn't come off as a roids user, there really seems to be no ego there like with bonds, big mac, arod, exc.

Suspected attacker of Bryan Stow in custody, police sources say

At about 7 a.m., the Los Angeles Police Department SWAT team descended on an East Hollywood apartment building with a warrant in hand. According to apartment building manager Maritza Camacho, police, using loudspeakers and with guns drawn, called out to the occupants of Apartment 25. Inside was one of the men police suspect in the March 31 beating that left Stow with brain damage.

As residents of the three-story building stood watching from balconies, police removed, one by one, the people who were inside the apartment, according to Camacho. Among them was a man with a bald head and tattoos on his neck and arms, she said, a description that appeared to match the vague sketches released by police of one of the two suspects. She added that he did not appear to resist being taken into custody.

Just shows how far a decent pitching staff can take you, Giants are in the bottom 3 in runs scored and have a pretty bad offense overall, yet they are in first place...

The way we've ripped the cover on the ball the last two days? Not likely (then again, we're facing a pitcher we've never seen before and we do lousy against pitchers who are facing us for the 1st time).
