yea man... i turned on the game late and he was actually at the plate... was pretty excited to finally see him play.... he went 0-4 but did score the winning run...he looked pretty good out there though... got some good looks and made contact...not an easy game to be coming into for your first big league game lol

Yes, he won't be catching this year (I honestly still see him as trade bait). I haven't seen tonight's starting lineup yet but I'll post as soon as I do.

This was as huge a win as we've had all year so far. Granted, we weren't exactly going up against one of their aces but for us to have shut them out on mostly Holland's arm was impressive enough.

And to show how dominant he's been when getting a winning decision:

0.77WHIP 1.66ERA

That WHIP is better than Pedro's was in his 23 win decisions (1999).

He's got a shot a whopping 25 wins.

What a game last night! I was so happy our Offense scored some runs last!, Beltrans hr was a bomb!! what a day he had going 4-4! Also Cody Ross was great too, make a crazy diving catch last night, the crowd went nuts! Cain struggled at first, but really settled down after the first inning, hopefully we can get a similar performance from Lincecum tonight, we need it!

Boy was it cold last night at the park, keep in mind we had a Hot 80+ degree weather earlier in the day, sf is just cold in general... But still had a blast, i think i ate too many hot dogs though

Nice comeback today by the Tigers, especially after gettin screwed by the umps today on that double play in the 4th when the Sox runner was clearly out of the box and almost ran into Miggy

I was very excited about that because I was playing against Gavin Floyd in fantasy baseball and the bullpen blew his win. I love when it happens to my opponent.

Guessing most of the regulars who post in here are gearing into football mode, I stopped caring about how well the Twins are doing since the end of their 17-2 run.
