There's a Jorge Posada sighting tonight. He's actually catching (Russell Martin was taken out due to a bruised thumb). The 1st person trying to steal second was gunned out by Posada.

We should get them today. Anyway, there's a Jesus Montero behind home plate sighting today. His MLB debut behind there.

I really don't know. It's been said that Gary Sanchez is the better one (but he's years away though). All I know is that we're super deep at catcher.

At least you guys took that last game. Padded our slim lead a little. Aside from who will end up as AL East champ, seeing as how both teams are almost all but assured of making the playoffs, our division race is the only one going on in all of baseball. I was pretty sure we'd easily distance ourselves when our lead was 7 games a few weeks ago. Now I'm worried we're no going to get in. Our schedule looks pretty easy heading up to the final matchup with the Angels in the last series of the season. At least it'll be exciting.

Another quality start from James Shields against the Red Sox

Looks like he'll be AL CY runner-up. Unfortunately, it looks like the Rays will not pick up his 7 million dollar option next year. That only a 2.75 million increase of this year's salary. Stupid Rays.

Blame the rays fans who are the worst in professional sports right now. They had like 2,000 people at the game yesterday, a absolute pathetic joke and hope the MLB moves this team very soon.

i havent heard about Sanchez...but Austin Romine came in the game late for Montero to protect our lead....hes supposedly the defensive specialist behind the plate...so, were stacked at catcher right now....i still think they keep Montero though...

Read up on Gary Sanchez. He's supposedly Montero and Romine in one. He's still years away though. There's also JR Murphy who's another good catching prospect we have.

just read up a bit on him.... sounds promising but still too early.. kid is 19....he was our third best catching prospect behind Romine and Montero #1...definitely a good problem to have thoguh
