Both remaining home games are must win frankly. I don't see them winning the final two on the road.

Anyone think the Rangers seriously go after Sabathia and not re-sign C.J. Wilson? If you are going to spend that much money, I would much rather have Sabathia and it cripples the Yankees' staff at the same time.

I don't think Sabathia leaves NY unless it's for a great deal less money. The Yankees aren't going to let him get away easily. It was no secret he never wanted to go to NY and only did it for the money to begin with. But unless something has changed my guess is they just throw more money at him and he stays in NY.

As for Wilson, it's hard to say since I have no idea how much he's asking for. He does seem to enjoy playing in Texas so I imagine he'd take a little less to re-sign.

Count me among those surprised by Derek's performance tonight. This really is more indicative of what he was doing in the regular season. But for some reason, he's seriously sucked this postseason. Luckily, not here tonight. And you gotta feel for Edwin Jackson. He pitched a hell of a game but left 2 on base upon his exit. Boggs comes in and on his very first pitch surrenders a 3-run homer. Hopefully Derek can keep this performance up long enough to get some relief in.

The Rangers won, and I saw PA3 which I loved tonight. Perfect way to end off the weekend.

Derek pitched a gem. As for our staff, you pitch a shutout in the WS, you're pretty damn good. CJ is due a big game tomorrow.

A perfect game really for the Rangers. A win obviously but more importantly the bullpen gets the night off.

Why does Ogando have to make every appaerance an adventure? It's almost as bad as Byun-Hyun Kim for the Diamondbacks in 2001.
