Rangers have gone over 40 years without a championship. Sooner or later they need a cute sounding curse name to blame their troubles on like the Bambino or Billy Goat.

It's unbelievable how much baseball is a game of inches: the would-be game-ending missed catch by Cruz last night, the Molina walk, then bases loaded hbp, the catch at the wall...

No, the Cards have been playing pretty well, but the rangers have a history of losing games where they are favorites. All season long they'd win the big games then lose when they were picked to win.

If the Rangers won last night I would have been happy, but with all the missed catches the Cards had it wouldn't have felt like a good victory.

EDIT: Dont mean anything by it. Just wondering. Since it seems like your making excuses for The Rangers. Maybe I am wrong in thinking that. If I am, I apologize.

Well... I like to say I don't believe in curses. But sometimes the way long-suffering teams like Texas manage to blow big games leaves even me scratching my head. Truth can be stranger than fiction.

I absolutely hate the fact that a player gets a ring even if they are traded away mid-season. Complete crap. You should have to at least be on the team at season's end.

Yep. Rhodes should only get a ring if the Cards win. Not if the Rangers win.

If only Ogando just had to throw one pitch in his other appearances.

Easiest relief appearance since a no pitch save I watched last year (in local Senior league anyway. Pitcher entered and picked a guy off on third to close out the game).
