Ozzie Guillen on Hanley's infected hand

Jason Kubel has 3 HRs in the bottom of the 6th. He should get another at-bat as well!

I read this as he has 3 HRs, all in the bottom of the 6th. I was like "Whoa, they scored 20ish runs in one inning?"

Holy crap did Oakland took it to the Yanks this series or what? Cespedes is a beast. Well we have won like 12 of the last 14 series. Can't win 'em all I suppose.

Technically it's 9 in 3 games, but we're close to being swept by the A's and that just blows. I guess I expect more from them.

We've taken the first 2 at Fenway and Lawrie is back in the lineup.

Need to sweep "Bobby Ego's" boys and get back in the race for the 2nd wildcard spot.

The A's have a great pitching staff this year, and their entire batting order's worth of salaries this year costs less than the NYY is paying Texeira, ARod, or one other player (Jeter?) individually this year. Still the same ol' moneyball.

Either Oakland is gonna offer these dudes some big offseason contracts or they're gonna become a farm club for the big payroll teams, however...

A's have the best record in baseball past month or so, last month they were about 10-12 games out I think, and now they are only 6.5 out, i doubt they can catch the Rangers, but with the way there playing a wild card is a possibility, money ball at its best, they have some great balance right now

Kubel keeps hitting! Another HR to start today's game. He was already the league leader in RBI after yesterday, and now he's tied for 3rd in HRs.
