These games haven't been blowouts, but it's not like the Yankees have been playing as the Yankees. If their lineup really gets going, it'd be a lot easier to watch the games. Here's my Yankee bias coming out, but I think the closeness of the games has more to do with the lackluster Yankees offense than the Angels doing anything great.

And it's not like the Yankees are being shut down by the Angels pitching. They're leaving guys on base like it's going out of style.

The Yankees seem stuck at 4 runs a game, which isn't bad, but it's not great.

Gm 2 - 4 runs
Gm 3 - 4 runs

ALCS
Gm 1 - 4 runs
Gm 2 - 4 runs
Gm 3 - 4 runs

If the Yankees can take 1 of these next 2 in Anaheim, they'll be in the driver's seat when it goes back to NY.

that is true...both teams had ample opportunities to score runs. I'm still amazed that Mo got out of that jam.

Man, I really love this Phillies team! What an amazing win, makes up for game 2 which they giftwrapped for the Dodgers. The best part is I'm going to game 5, I can only imagine the insanity if they win that one! Pretty sure I won't be going to work the next day...
