I'll be the first to admit that the Jays made some damn fine moves this offseason. But, I'm not ready to crown them World Series Champs yet. For all we know, the players they signed won't have any team chemistry and they'll once again finish 4th or 5th. Who knows?

Its really hard repeating in the MLB, it hasnt happened for what, 15 years? It would be nice, but i'm all for different teams winning, gotta spread the wealth (As long as its not the Dodgers )... I for one would be really happy to see the Jays in the series, the first world series I ever watched was Phillies/Jays in 93.. Thats the year I got into baseball... I was actually rooting the Phillies (ya I know ), only becuase I thought Mitch the wild thing Williams was a bad ass...

Sorry Yanks No Granderson for 10 weeks

Curtis Granderson will be sidelined 10 weeks after X-rays revealed a fracture in his right forearm.

Terrible news for the Bombers. Granderson suffered the fracture Sunday when he was hit by a J.A. Happ pitch during his first plate appearance of spring training. The Yankees will go with Brett Gardner in center field, but their options for left field are limited. Juan Rivera is likely the favorite to start there for now, with Matt Diaz also in the mix. Look for the Yanks to seek help outside the organization.

Hell make the team the Yanks are into him for 15 mill, big question is will he be playing opening Day here in Detroit on April 5th. And they said 10 weeks not 5. If it is 10 weeks that puts him coming back April 21st or so.

Maybe I should clarify. He's only to miss 5 weeks of the regular season. Lol of course he will make the team. He's an above average contributor to the team plus we have no one near his talent tucked away on the bench.

Very true. Josh Johnson has been hurt more often than not recently. Mark Buehrle really stunk it up last year. José Reyes was above average last year. Plus there's no telling how well R.A. Dickey will fair in the American League.

Would any of us do any different the only thing I'd worry about is if that attitude translated into not working as hard. Than its a problem. Some guys wanna be paid the most and work to prove they're worth it, others as me and you both know from our two tons of fun have paid guys the most ever and it gone REALLY bad.

He's pretty stupid for admitting it though, he knew Dodgers were the only team to offer him this much money, and took advantage of that, as a teammate I would be pretty pissed...

I didn't realize how selfish Greinke is. Winning should come before money, regardless of where he plays, he will be paid handsomely. He needs to start thinking of winning a ring instead of boasting about how much he values getting paid the most.
