Dead Snow (Nazi Zombies)

Now THIS movie looks interesting. It looks like it's got a little bit of everything in it. Almost reminds me of the movie Shockwave. Granted it's gonna be in subtitles, but it still looks like it might be a pleasant surprise. The trailer (which is mildy amusing) is posted here if anyone's interested:

I saw this and loved it. Its kinda funny at the end with the standoff. Its nice to see a zombie movie thats not virus caused.

So I did some checking on this and found out this is strictly limited release. Anyone getting this in YOUR neck of the woods?

Dead Snow is out on blu-ray here in Norway, its a great zombie flick. Funny, scary, gory etc etc....

Its an excelent blu-ray disc, top quality picture and sound, and lots of bonus.
I dont know if anyone outside Norway can by it via web, or if it is regionfree.

"Dead snow" from Norway this year, next year "Iron Sky" from Finland (about a hidden nazi-colony on the moon, check it out via www.imdb.com). And of course Ingloriuos bastards this summer....HAVE FUN!!!

That in itself doesn't necessarily mean anything. A lot of websites default the region code listing to whatever their normal region is, rather than actually verify it. Heck, I've got The Hills Have Eyes UK import which states region B on the backcover but it plays on my U.S. PS3.

It's odd how it doesn't even go theatrical in the US till June, but it's already out in BD overseas. Wasn't this a semi-hit at 2009 Sundance?

I would pick this up on blu in a second if it didnt cost an arm and a leg. Any word on a us blu release when it hits dvd?

Screw dubs. I'd rather watch the movie the way it was intended with the original language.

I saw this premiere at Sundance. It was funny, gory, action-packed, and overall, just fun. The director and cast was there as well and they were all awesome people, very nice.

They even had people dressed up as Nazi zombies walking around the theater while the movie played. I was watching the movie and one of em came up behind me and my friend and jolted our chairs and we turned around only to be scared ****less.

I want this on Blu.

Subtitles, much like black bars, are your friend. Learn to love them.
