![]() In light of Spielberg's recent attitudes and behaviors regarding Blu-ray translation of his films, it should be a pretty stellar release. There aren't many Spielberg movies in my 'thumbs-up' pile, but Jaws is definitely among them! |

I tried to do a top 100 once, but after I hit 50 or so, I was left with about 300 movies that could make a solid claim to one of the last 50 spots. ![]() Last edited by Doctorossi; 11-10-2011 at 04:47 PM. |

I haven't seen Exorcist either, but after P and me going on about WHITE RIBBON a few Oscars ago, that's just inexcusable!

White ribbon was a strange one. It grew on me slowly and i found myself having to watch it a second time to try and look for answers. Excellent film and looked stunning on bluray with its black and white cinematography. |

Doctor Rossi, if you like gritty British films This Is England is a must. One of the stars, (Stephen Graham) is one of my favorite actors. He also starred in a TV spin-off of the film (TIE 86) and is about to appear (or so i read) in a three part special this Christmas also (TIE 88). He is one of those actors i can watch in anything. Along with Ed Norton and Jodie Foster to name a couple!

Seems Variety hasn’t yet published the winners from yesterday evening’s ceremony, so I’ll start out with a tip of the hat and congrats to colleague Steven Scott for Outstanding Color Grading using a DI process – Feature Film…..the film being The Help. Coming to Blu-ray in December? ![]() ![]() |
