Default San Diego, who wants to see "We Own the Night"?

OK i'm going out on a limb here,
potential to be embarassed = high.
potential of pulling it off = minimal

I know there are more than a few San Diego people on here, what i want to know is who wants to hang out on october 12th and go see the future blu ray exclusive release "We own the night" it looks pretty bad ass. Along the same line as "The Departed" bad ass.

Come on I will name names. Blu-ray Fan, BTBuck1, bvryann, Calit2ube, cureguy, D91, guidosarduche, jermwhl, krisztoforo, sdmike, simcal, Swordfish, Titan. i'm drawing a blank on the others. but i know you are out there. Edwards 18 mira mesa? AMC Mission Valley? Ultrastar Poway (about 1/4 mile from my place)? come on.......who's with me. ...........anyone......... ........(tumbleweed blows by)...... ..........(cricket cricket)......

I don't live in San Diego, but this movie does look good and I can't was to see/own it! It looks like Universal is distributing it in the UK...is there potential for a UK imports on HD-DVD? I hope not.

I may be down (depending on the results of my dr. appt the 9th) If I am not having surgery that week, I will be in like Flynn.

Always up for a change of atmosphere, Edwards 18...then maybe a trip over to the BBY across the street before or after to pick up a few flicks!

I would love to join y'all, but I will be turning my fiancee into my wife the very next weekend and I am pretty sure that I would get in a lot of trouble for commiting to do something the last weekend before the wedding.

Buckshot, what if we make a Pre-meeting/chat sessions via MSN Messenger, Yahoo, or ichat. At least it will get a conversation going and prevent (i hope) that long silence *cricket* *cricket* moment during your meet-up?

And blu people like me can join in chat and envy you guys meeting-up?

If anyone as the PS3 HOME beta, that's a good place to meet as well without leaving your big screen flat HD TV home behind.

Freaking A! You think I am going to be silent? I'm a damn blabbermouth. Just look at that post count will ya?!

I think we should do the meet at Starbucks. One cup of java does miraculous things to your ability to talk. Thats why its known as a good place to meet people. Anyways. I am going there first to oil up my mouth.
