Still have a BD remux with atmos and the 4K UHD. Can't do a proper A/B testing at home so hard choice here which I should go for

The Atmos is a must but the supersharp cooler colored upscaled 1080p BD vs softer expanded colors HDR10 etc on my oled...hmmm.

I usually unsub from a thread once the movie is released, but not this one, too entertaining! I personally watch the UHD of this now instead of the BD.

HDR, WCG, Atmos, yes yes and yes. No reason to watch the BD unless you only have a HD TV.

Got more than 100 UHDs, this ranks amongst the worst due to heavy filtering similar to 3:10 and Dredd.

(for anyone in the UK just be aware the isolated M83 Score is in 24-bit/96kHz Dolby TrueHD 5.1 surround on the US release vs. lossy audio on the UK disc)

People being told by smart people what something is and then using that knowledge later to refer to it is how learning works. You can mock it if you like, but unless you literally invented these terms then you did the same thing at some point.

In fairness you also don't acknowledge when you are corrected on a falsehood you believe and/or propagate (i.e that the DNR process was on par with Aliens sans re-graining step). So you open yourself up to them strawmanning your express wordage to make you look as wrong as they perceive you.

My take, as with anything tribal and silly in terms of positions, is neither side is actually correct about the other.
