You shut your hole!

Perusing the Hal Higdon training guides and thinking about how to more fully integrate them into my training regimen. Think I'll start by running 4 days a week and lift on the short run day. So I'll still be lifting 3 times a week, I'll just also be running more. Hope my body's ready for the stress.

Might go get Golden Corral in about an hour. If you don't know what Golden Corral is, it's the bestest buffet in the whole USA. If I go, I'll go about 3:30pm and pay the lunch price but still be there at 4pm when they bring out the meat for dinner

I prefer Empire Buffet but that's just because I really like Asian food. Shocker, right?
