Supposing they have the remastered disc ready to ship, and a member here already had their disc arrive at CA, how long could this whole process really take?

It shouldn't take more than a few days to arrive once shipped within the same state. But then you have to factor in how long it'll take for them to recieve the disc and then however long they decide to "process" the replacement disc. I won't expect it for at least a couple weeks, I'm also a CA resident and I shipped it out on Saturday.

Well, I'm all the way in NY, so I guess the wait will be longer, especially since they are probably processing thousands of exchanges. I can be patient. It's not like I watched the film a lot when I had it. But I am excited to see the new transfer.

Yeah, I'm in MS and shipped out Saturday as well. The soonest I would expect to receive the new disc will probably be August 10th or so.

My disk went out with today's mail in a plastic sleeve inside a yellow bubble-padded envelope. $1.05 for "flat" first class. How much you want to bet the replacement arrives not nearly as well protected?

Has anyone sent theirs in WITHOUT calling first?

Chances are pretty high. They'll probably send one of those thin, floppy envelopes they did with the SPR replacement.

My replacement disc for matrix revolutions came in a plastic slip case and a slim cardboard mailer.

It wasn’t a bubble mailer or anything like that, it was pretty sturdy.

This is exactly why they should have just E-Mailed this information instead of reading it off over the phone. They keep giving different information depending on who you talk to.

I sent it to 801464 myself.

You have to state what you're calling for when they answer, so I doubt it's only used for the replacements. Could be wrong.

Yeah, they answered as "Paramount Home Entertainment." Not the "Gladiator Replacement Hotline" like they did with SPR.
