I called Paramount today (1-888-889-9456) and talked with a nice lady. She basically said if I don't receive the replacement by September 1st to call back so they could gather my information and go from there.
The representative did check to see if there was another number I could call for a status update, but then just said to call this number back. I told her I had the receipt from when I mailed it as well as the receipt from Best Buy when I bought it so if they need proof I have it. I told her it is most likely in the mail and I shouldn't be worried, but I thought I'd call anyways to see if there was a way to get a status update. ![]() So much for mailing the disc in early. |

OMG what a difference with the new transfer. I first thought the original wasn't that bad, but after watching the new transfer the old one looks like it has plastic wrap around my t.v hiding all the detail. Wow. Now I"m pissed at whoever gave the go ahead to release that first disc garbage.

Just sent mine regular mail in a padded envelope. I'm so glad I grabbed the crappy 1st version for $10 last Black Friday from AMZ.
As others have said, its hard to believe the 1st version was ever greenlighted. Especially now that I've watched a couple of scenes from the new disc. |

Nope, I didn't call. I just sent it to the address they're giving out with my name, address, and phone number two weeks ago. I got mine today in SC.

I sent mine on the 31st and have still received nothing and I live in Mississippi. I called the number Saturday and they said to give it another week and if it wasn't here by then to call back.
