That's funny you saw that, Mystik. After I read the news article that we hit 150 and posted here about it, I checked the folding charts and found out we were at 153. I thought that was a little odd that Iceman broke the story in that way considering the day before we were at 155, the day the story broke we were at 153, and today we are at 152.

I think he jumped the gun slightly, but never-the-less, the point is valid. We're approaching the top 150 in the world which is quite impressive! We're adding new members are extreme rates. Since I started tracking on 11.15.07 (when we were ranked 220 in the world, had 230 active CPUs, and I had 8 work units to my name ), we have grown to 152 in the world and currently have 480 active CPUs in just over 2 months!

The ranking always jumps up and down a bit, I'm sure we were 150 at some point and we will be again soon.

Individual stats are upated more frequently than group stats are. This is one of the reasons some user names don't post on the team page even though a work unit is sent. If you catch a server update at the right time your user name will be added right away, otherwise its just a matter of waiting til the next update.

There are several 3rd party stat sites that compile the individual totals to get a better gauge of how a group is doing. I've posted a link before to such a site before, enjoy.

Actually we have gained 2 positions

I made the calculation from KakaoStats: http://kakaostats.com/, they discard the top 3 teams which are "Folding@Home", "Default" and "Google".

I noticed that someone earlier in this thread asked for a special "top 100 folder" forum user profile tag.

I was psyched when I saw the free FAH sig image generator from Extreme Overclocking.com http://folding.extremeoverclocking.com/?nav=IMAGES but then noticed this forum restricts using images in our signatures... bummer, as it would have been cool to have been able to use this: http://folding.extremeoverclocking.c...00CC&c5=FFFFFF

If we can't have images in our signatures, can we ask again for a special folding tag?
