You see in the late 21st century man created PS3, PS3 took over man.

The first Matrix designed by PS3 was one devloped by a program called Hideo Kojima, however, that Matrix developed a life for mankind in which everything was a plot twist and elaborately theamed. Mankind could not handle all the plot twists in his life, so PS3 created another Matrix. In this Matrix mankind could create its on ideas into actual, tangible things, whatever he wanted, he could created. This program was called LittleBigPlanet. However, Kojima was still a very useful program so they kept him around to develop a series of games, mankind knows today as Metal Gear Solid. The new Matrix is not perfect, like the first one was, and there are things like Xbox 360 and HD DVD, however, the system is pretty good about elminating those issues when they crop up. Through what we know here as The Warner Solution and The RROD solution. However, due to its lack of inperfection an anomomally pops up, the anomaomallly is known as The One. Last time it manifested itself as a Jet Li movie, but there is rumors that The One as reappeared as LAIR 2, which will spell ultimate disaster for mankind.
LOL! you get the post of the day.

I am a geek when it comes to news and weather. I really liked this feature on the wii. The PS3 version just looks sic.
Alot of people think that the PS3 is just a game machine and will not buy a 400-500 dollar game system. I try to tell people that it has a Blu ray player, internet, photo/.video viewer and the potential for more to come. I do have a few 360 freinds that say the games on the 360 are better. I think the games on the PS3 are great and they work for me. But I have more to do with my PS3 when I am done playing games.

Its great for easy video and photo sharing too.

When I was up at school, I got a dog, and my parents wanted pictures of it. I took some pictures of the dog, popped the SD card into the PS3, saved them in 2 seconds to my HDD, and sent a message to my brother back home with the photos attached via PS3. The whole process took less than 30 seconds.

With a computer, I would have had to link my camera to my computer, open up a photo program to read the camera's information, save the pictures on my HDD in the correct file, then open up an internet screen, log into my e-mail, create an attatchment, find my file with the pictures, attatch them to the e-mail message and send it.

PS3 is much simpler.

It's not about being the same, it's about what it could become.

Evolution through firmware update, that's what the PS3 is known for.

+1. What the PS3 was at initial launch is a fraction of what it is now and what it will be soon.

Sounds like it already does more than the Weather and News Channel's combined with more to come later.

How did I miss this shot before?

Folding@home appears to be integrated with Life with PlayStation.

Grey bar at the bottom of the glassy popup music/misc window?

I wonder if this'll replace the current Folding@home app.

I read about the new stuff on IGN and it's been quite some time since we had a massive update for the ps3. The last few simply changed the store some. Sony continues to amaze me with new stuff. I'm curious as to what will be free and what will not be free. If you download a full length movie from Sony, will you have to pay for it? I would think so except, what do you do when you're tired of the move? Anything cooler then this would be to add Home to the update as I'm dying to see Home online for the very first time and I think that this will have Sony and Microsoft clashing blades with each other. When Home is out, Microsoft is crushed because how can you combat a free service? I wouldn't think that this stuff will replace folding@home because that wouldn't seem fair. Some of us run folding@home, including myself. What I would like to see is Home out for the very first time, this new stuff to come out, and the psp to be used for a ps3 game, although it may take a while for that to happen. I would also like to see higher capacity discs for ps3 games. The ps3 has been out for quite some time and I think that it's high time that we see other games, besides metal gear solid 4, to be put onto a 50 GB disc or for very interesting results, try 75 GB or 100 GB, only problem, can the ps3 read discs past 50 GB? If not, can a firmware update correct that?
