Don't see any Dark Force supporters that match the definition of "shill" as they clearly state they are Dark Force supporters and thus would not be pretending to be impartial.

You won't even realize it when a good shill is shillling you. But yeah shills do post in this thread - they just don't support Dark Force.

Well, for what's it worth, I just recently placed my first order with Dark Force (a Code Red release), and it was shipped quickly and arrived safely today.

This is true. Dark Force often posts inside videos of replication, mastering, etc that you don't see most labels posting about. Dark Force posts entertaining videos, too. Most labels just post videos of product, which is boring.

Dark Force is also the most personable label out of all of the many labels I've bought from and interacted with over the years. But I also didn't treat Dark Force like dirt like some unjustly have. Simply not being an ass is all it takes...

It saddens me when it seems people rather be treated like an ATM as most labels treat collectors. Collectors have gotten so used to being marketed to over the years that now Facebook videos that are not the product itself are somehow bad.

"Flexing" is Dave letting you know about his personality, as is all of his horror props etc. How many other labels do you know where the owners are front and center letting you know about their personal life? Most labels the only thing front and center is a new collectors edition for you, the ATM, to dispense cash for. It's nice to see a label add a personal element back into the mix.

The whole upscale talk as if some cardinal sin is ridiculous and trolling at it's best, especially when the majors have been doing it for years on their premium releases. The new Psycho From Texas release absolutely crushes the old DVD, there is no comparison. Even if it were an upscale, the overall picture quality difference is massive with immensely better color and contrast plus a slight detail bump. Anyone trying to sell you otherwise either has an agenda or is trolling, because the huge difference is obvious and would be worth the cash even at a $25 standalone release price nevermind a double feature. If there were no visible improvement from the DVD, it would be a totally different story.

Sorry that it takes more work than a simple scan and cleanup.
It takes effort to edit the film again with the film elements.
