Right and it's a pretty fun typical 80's horror. When they get to the cabin in the woods it's really atmospheric. I believe a great new HD scan from the original 35mm negative will help this movie enormously. Previous VHS and YouTube stuff I have seen on it looked terrible and subsequently hurt the viewing enjoyment.

If you're a subscriber I would just send an email and request that the replacement slip be included with your next shipment. Subscribers really should get it automatically but it's best to make a formal request to make sure.

I am a subscriber and I e-mailed Dark Force today about the replacement slipcover and they said it would be included in the next subscription shipment as they didn't get them in time to include them with the most recent shipment.

You have to shine it under a bright light for a few and the when the lights are out the figure of Magdalena glows awesome. My original comment was worded poorly, I apologize. I meant that even if the peeling issue removes the entire glow layer on the slip cover that the cover will still look the same in a lit room and that the movie is still just fine, so while disappointing, it isn't the end of the world. You are very much correct saying that the slips glow quite brightly when held in direct light for even a short amount of time. It's the reason I often face many of these Dark Force releases outward for sometime after purchase as the glowing is very well done.

All the club shipments with DRIVE-IN #11 have been mailed. Some did go media mail as we were unable to ship through Paypal postage due to the duration of time from the original purchase of the membership. You should have it this week. The Magdalena replacement slipcovers will be in with the next club shipment which will be THE YOUNG CYCLE GIRLS.

The slip does glow really nice on that one. Really a shame the peeling syndrome happened but we still have many displayed at the Dark Force office that look amazing.

I got mine late last week, but don't recall ever getting a tracking number email. Mine was hand-written as well, so it may have been the batch that didn't get a Paypal label.

The restoration of footage that had been cut out by people other than the filmmakers is a big deal for me and far more important than extras I'll only watch once. Not more important than great PQ but it's right up there in terms of importance. I hate when distributors come in and edit someone else's films for whatever reason. In many cases that cut footage is discarded so it's always exciting when those scenes are preserved even if it's via a print. Prints can always be restored/remastered so it's better than nothing. Looking forward to an uncut Stingray

distributors cutting stronger scenes to get a lower rating and wider play ( $$ ) really stinks.

Dark Force is about less gimmicks and way more substance now. I really love the work they are doing.

Corey Feldman slipped a hallucinogen in one of my female friend's drink (she was a stripper in Beverly hills at the time). She freaked out on him and left. I could write more bad things about him as he is in something I co-produced, but I'll leave it at that.
