I thought he had a parasite in his body that was taken from a some archaeology find and placed into his body by his parents and that made him a zombie ?

In fact,it appeared to be more lovecraft in design.

Looks pretty cool from the trailer for sure. I really liked the Texas remakes and their griddy-ness. Opening night for me.
