I think today the stretch of above $1 million a day is over (domestic).
Maverick will have to be satisfied with that 75-day stretch period.
It's still not bad; I think it's in the top 3 ...

• #2 'Avatar': 81 days
• #3 'Top Gun: Maverick': 75 days

But! Because this weekend is Fan Appreciation Weekend and with the help of IMAX/PLF theater screens ... @ the end it'll have a chance to surpass 'Avatar's total number of days (81) above $1 million for North America.

What do you think; how much fuel is left in the tank?
Or can it be refuelled mid-air?
How wide can its wings be expanded? ...Elasticity.

It's a very slow stretch with no new big-budget movies in theaters, also a lot of people want to enjoy some A/C... So the sky's the limit!
