Restoring my PC after my 120 GB SSD took a powder. Fortunately, I have HDD's up the butt. So now I have a 1TB WD Blue for my primary boot HDD, along with a WD 500GB Blue, 1TB Black, and 2TB Black for my alternate HDDs (usually media storage, games, so on).

Since I was on Windows 10 already, installing it is surprisingly more straightforward than it was on 7 and 8/8.1. Before, my PC needed drivers in 7; not so much in 8/8.1, but it did. In 10? Only three drivers existed and even then, 10 found them all. Least a couple good things I like as an IT about 10 is...they do work in a recovery partition (granted, it's more like what you'd find on an Android OS), their driver support for all but the latest/most particular devices is pretty good, and activation's been handled well.

:-( Usually, an SSD taking a powder wouldn't bother me too much...but the Google Drive utility I had set up wasn't capturing my personal data partitions (even though there wasn't much).

In any case, the PC's back up and running...just gonna spend the whole day between looking for work again and getting it back to normal.
